Seller 1 Year Health Agreement:

Breeder guarantees that this dog shall be free of life threatening genetic/hereditary abnormalities. (abnormalities applicable are only those that lead to the detriment or death of said animal) or if puppy/dog dies for any genetic/hereditary reasons tell the puppy is 1 years of age. If the pup is found to have a life threatening genetic/hereditary disease a letter from a licenced veterinarian must be sent to my Vet ASAP ,if the said dog dies an autopsy must be performed at the buyers expense to prove the death was Hereditary or genetic.
No monetary refunds will be given at any time. A full refund of sold price minus the $200.00 non refundable deposit will be transfered to the replacement of a new puppy of any value.
You must have this agreement to prove sold price.
No vet bills will be refunded at any time for any reason.
Puppy will be replaced only when a puppy is available and breeder has one year to replace said puppy with a agreed puppy. If buyer can not agree on a new puppy by this time all monies will be forfited to breeder. Breeder will give buyer 2nd choice of all puppies available (breeder always gots 1st choice.)

I do not cover for any internal parasites at any time (Coccidia, Giardia, Worms, Ear Mites etc.) once the puppy leaves my home. Many are very common puppy illnesses that can occur at any time, usually brought on by stress, and are usually very easily treatable. Buyer agrees to be responsible and continue vaccinations and heart worm preventative. I also do not cover for hernias (breeder may give a discount on a puppy if a hernia is present at time of sale.) as they can occur at any time. I do not cover for alopecia (hair loss in dilutes). If death occurs during the health guarantee period, breeder requires a Necropsy (animal autopsy) for verification of cause of death by a Licensed Veterinarian at Buyer’s expense.

Voids Of Seller 1 Year Health Agreement:

• This puppy/dog has a tattoo/microchip for identification purposes if this identification device has been removed/cant be seen or found this will void health agreement.
  - Preventable cause (See 72 hour health agreement for list)
  - If the purchaser did not use ROYAL CANIN SMALL OR DACHSHUND PUPPY DRY FOOD tell 6 months of age then ROYAL CANIN SMALL OR DACHSHUND ADULT DRY or like product with the OK of breeder (Copies of purchase is needed to be e-mailed with in 20 days of purchase of product).
  - If buyer does not keep shots up to date.
  -If buyer does not continue to use Nuvet PLUS under breeder code 179483 
  (nuvet will email confermation its been purchesed)
  -If you DO NOT kept active. in good standings, and if we are not kept as an emergencey contact of “EIDAP” Microchip.

Puppy Contract and Buyer / Seller Agreement:
- Seller certifies that this puppy/dog is a non reg Full Bred Dachshund.
- This puppy/dog is of good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of sale.
- This puppy/dog has been vet checked and up to date on age appropriate shots.
- This puppy/dog has a tattoo/microchip for identification purposes between breeder and seller only.
- Buyer assumes full responsibility (100%) of all costs and care of the dog after sale and during its lifespan.
- Buyer’s ownership includes: vet bills testing, housing, food, and medicine, etc.
- Breeder is not responsible for any accidents, death or loss during shipment.
- Purchaser assumes full responsibility of said animal when it leaves the breeders possession.

Seller 72 Hour Agreement:

-Breeder guarantees puppy’s health for 72 hours after sale/possession. During these 72 hours it is recommended that the puppy be checked by a licensed veterinarian, Copy of this vet report must be sent to breeder before the 72 hours is up and this visit is required for this 72 hour and the 1 0R 2 year health guarantee to be valid.
-If puppy is found to be unhealthy within the 72 hour period Seller must be notified immediately. Puppy will be replaced only when a puppy is available unless this is caused by a preventable cause or if the purchaser did not use the diet sent with the puppy.
(Preventable causes include but not limited to: Accident (e.g .. motor vehicle accidents, dropping or stepping on the dog), Poisoning (deliberate or accidental), Attack by an animal or person, lack of recommended or preventative care, Improper feeding (obesity puts added stress on the back, heart, and other organs/muscles of the dog.

Refunds:

- No cash refunds will be given for any reason.
- If you choose to back out of a sale you are forfeiting all monies paid.
- Depending on the reasoning and how the transaction was handled, in the future breeder may consider part/all amount paid to be a value towards a future puppy.
- You must keep contact with me at all times! If something happens to the puppy of your choice in my care then the puppy will be replaced only when a puppy is available and breeder has one year to replace said puppy with a agreed puppy. If buyer can not agree on a new puppy by this time all monies will be forfited to breeder. Breeder will give buyer 2nd choice of all puppies available (breeder always gots 1st choice.)

Contact Agreement:
-This policy is in place to help ensure no puppy/dog goes to a shelter or to a irresponsible pet owner.
-Once signed this contract is binding and enforceable in court.
-This agreement is added for the safety of my past puppies.
-I am a breeder that likes to keep contact with all puppy buyers.
-I do have very strict agreements that come with purchasing one of my sweet babies.

- Breeder ask that you keep some type of contact with me the entire life of said puppy/dog.
- Breeder request photos once a month to see that my past pups are healthy and are being well taken care of and that you are abiding by my terms of agreement.
- Breeder agrees to take said dog back at any time if the purchaser is no longer able/willing to care for it and try and find a suitable home.
When a new home is found the purchaser will be refunded a prorated amount determined by the breeder minus any vet or shipping costs.
- Purchaser agrees not to give/sell this animal to any party without first giving the breeder first right of refusal.
- Purchaser agrees that in case of discrepancies the breeders decision shall be final and binding (this price is deturnand on price breeder can get for animals in rehomeing).
- Any returned animal that is in the possession of the breeder for more than 1 (one) year or if expenses exceed previously determined value of the animal automatically becomes property of the breeder again with no exceptions.
- Buyer agrees that all disputes shall be settled in the Province of British Columbia in the City of Prince George jurisdiction.

Non- breeding agreement:

ALL puppies are purchased on a non-breeding agreement, you agree to have the puppy (Famale) spayed by the age of 8 months (from birthday) or (Male pup) neutered by the age of 6 months (from birthday).

Seller reserves the right to hold co-ownership and Microchip of the puppy until proof is provided no later dates above if not fixed said dog/puppy will be returned to seller for no charge or legal action will be taken, as this is a legally binding contract. You agree to not breed this puppy under any circumstance (not intentionally, not unintentionally, and not accidentally). A fee of $2000.00 will be charged for breeding a puppy/dog that is on this non-breeding contract or not having he/she spayed/neutered by said date also you will forfit all ownership of said puppy and litter with no money refunded.

Once spay/neuter is done before above date buyer takes full ownership of said puppy and microchip.
